Your Budget
Crowns are more cost-effective, but results are better when a dental implant is opted for. Our dentist will surely help you with cost estimation depending on the condition of your tooth.
Dental implants are titanium posts implanted into the jawbone, similar to the root of a natural tooth, supporting your dental prosthesis. They restore your smile and allow you to live how you want – confidently eating, smiling, laughing, talking, and enjoying everyday activities without worrying about your teeth.
At Janz Family Dental, we are specially trained for all types of cosmetic dentistry treatments, including dental implants and have in-depth knowledge to provide our patients with the correct diagnosis and treatment plan. Our dentist will consider several things before deciding whether you need implants or crowns. These include:

Some patients are uncomfortable with bridges, partials, or dentures and often lack the confidence to smile. Dental implants can give you the beautiful and confident smile you have always desired.
The success rate of a dental implant can be affected if you have diabetes, an immune disorder, or a smoking habit. It is better to consult our dentist before choosing your treatment.
We understand your desire for the perfect smile. Here are some significant reasons to consider Janz Family Dental:
Schedule a consultation at Janz Family Dental to determine if you are a suitable candidate for dental implants. Our team will conduct a comprehensive examination, including X-rays and possibly a CT scan, to assess your oral health, bone density, and implant suitability.
The entire dental implant process typically takes several months. It begins with an initial consultation and evaluation, followed by the implant placement surgery. After the implant is placed, a healing period of 3 to 6 months is necessary for the implant to integrate with the bone. Finally, the permanent crown is placed, completing the restoration.
Follow-up appointments typically occur 2 weeks after initial placement and then again typically 4 months after the surgery.
During the dental implant surgery, you will receive local anesthesia to numb the area. The dentist will make an incision in the gum, place the implant into the jawbone, and then close the gum tissue.
The procedure is typically completed in one visit, and any discomfort can be managed with over-the-counter pain relievers. Most people find the placement of the implant to be easier than the removal of the tooth in the first place, so you can relax knowing it’s not as bad as most people think!
Dental implants are designed to be a long-lasting solution for tooth replacement. With proper care and regular dental visits, they can last many years, often a lifetime. However, due to normal wear and tear, the crown or prosthetic attached to the implant may need to be replaced or repaired over time.
